Zillow, a leading online real estate marketplace, engaged us to revamp their high-traffic Careers website, which had become outdated and no longer effectively represented their evolving brand and growing visibility. Our comprehensive audit identified several critical areas for improvement: the design was obsolete, the user experience (UX) was cumbersome, there was no dedicated events page for career-related activities, and social media integration was weak. We recommended a complete redesign to modernize the visual appeal, enhance navigation, and improve accessibility. Additionally, we suggested creating a dedicated events page, better integrating social media, and implementing a modern AI-powered chatbot widget to enhance user interaction and support.

The redesign introduced a sleek, responsive layout that aligned with Zillow’s contemporary brand identity and provided a fresh, engaging look. The new Careers website featured a dedicated events page designed to showcase career fairs, recruitment drives, and other relevant activities, complete with calendar integration and interactive elements. We also implemented an AI-powered chatbot widget to provide real-time support and answers to frequently asked questions, significantly improving user engagement and interaction. Social media icons and feeds were prominently integrated, and share buttons were added to encourage interaction and content sharing. These enhancements modernized the site’s appearance and functionality while making it more user-friendly and aligned with Zillow’s brand.
